Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "defeat" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Boxer's Attitude
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
Despite these statements, a relaxed Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually known for his dramatics - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian turned down a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, at the same time, targeted British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to British fighter Fury in 2023.

Still, the novice remains one of the sport's greatest financial successes, consistently making massive earnings.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would derail the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is reportedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.

As the two fighters met for the customary face-off, with their height and weight contrast on show, it drove home just how surprising this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually going ahead.
